Our Doctors
Dr. Cathy Boyett, DVMWhile growing up in Alabama, Cathy knew at a very early age that she wanted to become a veterinarian. When her parents would take their German shepherd/collie mix, Sandy, to see the veterinarian Cathy always wanted to go. She treasured the entire experience at the vet's office. Cathy would marvel at the interaction between the doctor and clients. She loved the veterinarians' starched white coat and the stethoscope around his neck. Cathy made her decision and was on a mission to become a veterinarian. In 1990, Dr. Cathy Boyett graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners, American Veterinary Medical Association, Caloosa Veterinary Medical Society (Past President). Cathy is the veterinarian and owner of The Cat Doctor. She shares her home with 3 cats and 3 dogs.
